Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the request for an exchange or refund.

  Photo Verification

  Upload clear photos of your veneers while wearing them so our dental technicians can assess the fit and determine the best course of action.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Once approved, securely place your veneers and all original packaging into a shipping box using the prepaid label provided by our team.

• 4.
  Processing & Resolution

  After we receive your package, we will inspect the items and process your remade veneers or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
