How do I take my impression at home?
Once you place your order, we ship an impression kit to your door. Follow the included step-by-step instructions to create a mold of your teeth, then mail it back to our lab using the prepaid shipping label.
How long does it take to receive my veneers?
After our lab receives your usable impressions, the handcrafted design process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. We will notify you via email as soon as your custom veneers are ready for shipment.
Can I eat and drink while wearing Pop On Veneers?
Yes, you can eat and drink most foods with your veneers. However, we recommend avoiding extremely hard or sticky foods to maintain the longevity of the product and preventing staining by rinsing after consuming dark liquids.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
Since each pair of veneers is custom-made to fit your unique dental profile, we cannot offer full refunds once the lab process has begun. However, we offer a 30-day warranty and will work with you to ensure a perfect fit through our remake policy.
